AHS conducted a focus monitoring in rule area 10A NCAC13F.0300. Entrance with the supervisor in charge, toured the facility, interview with staff. AHS tested 7 hot water fixtures. 5 of 7 hot water fixtures including 1 common bathroom, exceeded 116 degrees. Plan of protection issued and reviewed by AHS. Focus monitoring will continue
