Narrative

AHS conducted a focus routine monitoring in 10A NCAC13F. 0300, toured the facility, interview with staff and residents. The facility didn't pass fire inspections on 8/3/2023 due to repair with the sprinkler system. Vendor was notified several times by the maintenance director. The regional director contacted the sprinkler system company regarding timeline of completion. AHS will return at a later date to continue the focus monitoring.
