Narrative

AHS made an unannounced visit to the facility. Entrance with the Administrator, tour of the facility and observation of the facility and resident rooms. Interview with staff and residents. Review of the facilty fire and sanitiation inspection. Fires inspection report was no approved by local Fire Marshall. The sanitiation report was no available for review. AHS will return to continue 1st quarter focus monitoring.
