Narrative

AHS made an unannounced visit to the facilty. Entrace with the Administrator via telephone and face to face with the SIC. Interview with the Administrator revealed and AHS verified with the the contract maintenance director that the repairs to the yard will be completed within 2 weeks. AHS will return to complete the focus monitoring.
